Congratulations Mitchell Schwartz!
The Texas Film Foundation would like to congratulate Mitchell Schwartz as our first grant recipient! We will be raising funds to asssist Mitchell in filming his "The Flamingo Bar" film project with the University of Texas! Mitchell starts filming soon, so we'll keep you updated on the process.
